What we cannot buy:
- Anything that has been recalled
- Anything we cannot identify (gear must have a known manufacturer & model)
- Anything made by "Simplicity"
- Any gear more than 5 years old
- Any gear we can't find a manual for.
- clothing with rhinestones
- Out-of-date clothing (Nothing older than 5 years)
- Items with stains, rips, broken snaps or zippers, missing parts, etc.
- Poor condition or dirty items
- Adult clothing (except for Maternity Wear)
- Food or formula, bottles or cups that are out of the package.
How Our Offers Work For You:
We buy most items directly from you so in most cases, you get paid immediately. Take cash, a check for offers of $50 or more, or choose store credit & get a 40% bonus.
How We Figure our Cash/Store Credit Offers:
For in-demand toys and equipment, we price items in great condition at 33-50% off of what it cost new. For clothing, we pay based on time of season, brand, size, and demand. Resale price for clothing is around 25-33% of what it cost new. We offer you 20-40% of what we can price things at. Most kids clothes is about .50 to $4+ depending on Brand, size and condition.
Consigning Your Large Equipment & Specialty Items:
Consignment is reserved for only higher end items that will resell for over $40. This allows us to promote them in the store, on-line, and through e-mail to those looking for something special, helping to sell your item quickly .
We reach a price with you and we'll automatically reduce the price by 20% after 3 weeks, and another 20% after 6 weeks. Our agreement is for 60 days. After the expiration of the consignment period, if it hasn’t sold, you have one week to pick up your item or it becomes ours to donate or sell.
For consignment, you receive 50-60% of the selling price . You can stop in any time to get your check or cash, or shop & get 40% more in store credit. We can also mail checks upon request. Store credit is available immediately after your item is sold.
Expired items left past 7 days, become store property, and we will dispose of them, as we wish.
